  • cups apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¾ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp cayenne red pepper can increase up to double this amount

  • Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat on high for 2-4 minutes while stirring. When it just starts to boil, remove from heat.
