Easy Cranberry Mimosa
This is an incredibly easy cranberry mimosa to make. It has a special additive of vodka with a touch of vanilla extract and topped off with Champagne.
1/2x 1x 1.5x 2x 4x 10x Recipe RESIZER
Pour the cranberry juice, vodka, vanilla, and some ice into a shaker or blender. Shake or blend.
Pour 2 ounces of the mixture (no ice, if using a shaker) into a champagne flute or wine glass.
Top it off with about 2 ounces of sparking wine, i.e., champagne, prosecco, or cava).
