Make Seasoned Chicken: Cutup chicken, combine with its seasonings, cook, and set aside. Or optionally, cutup leftover cooked chicken and heat up all combined.
Serve each bowl, layered in this order: rice, black beans, refried beans, chicken, toppings (e.g., shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes or salsa, sour cream).
