Salad Main Ingredients
1cupCauliflowersmall cutup florets
½cupBroccolismall cutup florets
⅓cupCarrotsshredded or pieces
15eachGreen OlivesSpanish is preferred
2stalksGreen Onionschopped (or sweet or purple onion)
1stalkcelerydiced
2eachRadishesdiced
Dressing
5TablespoonRanch Dressing
2Tablespoonmayonnaise
4Tablespoonsour cream
⅛teaspoonsdry mustard
1TablespoonBalsamic vinegaror other vinegar or lemon juice
2Tablespoonparmesan cheese, grated
½teaspoonsground black pepper
Instructions
Prepare and add all Salad Main Ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl.
1 cup Cauliflower, ½ cup Broccoli, ⅓ cup Carrots, 15 each Green Olives, 2 stalks Green Onions, 1 stalk celery, 2 each Radishes
Add the Dressing ingredients and mix well with a spoon to distribute dressing and coat all vegetables. Optionally, garnish with thin sliced radishes.
