Combine all ingredients thoroughly into a small bowl.
¼ cup olive oil,
¾ cup orange juice,
3 Tablespoon lemon juice,
3 Tablespoon lime juice,
3 Tablespoon minced garlic,
½ Tablespoon Oregano,
½ Tablespoon ground cumin,
1 teaspoon salt
Add pork to marinade for 2-24 hours.
Freshly made marinade (no meat ever inserted) can be stored up to 1 week in fridge or 3 months in freezer.
