Ingredients
2cupspecan halves
2Tablespoonsbutter
4Tablespoonshoney
⅔cupbrown sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extractor 3 times vanilla flavoring
½teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Add all ingredients (except nuts) into microwavable bowl and microwave for 1 minute (covered) to melt sugar and butter. Stir mixture.
2 Tablespoons butter, 4 Tablespoons honey, ⅔ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon salt
Combine with nuts and stir gently to coat thoroughly.
2 cups pecan halves
Spread out coated nuts onto a lightly oiled baking sheet (or non-oiled sheet lined with parchment paper). Bake for 15 minutes, uncovered, on middle shelf.
Remove from oven and leave on baking sheet for 1 hour to cool.
Use a spatula to scoop off baking sheet. Break apart to separate nuts, as needed, and serve.
Can be stored in air tight food container or food storage bag for up to 2 weeks.
