Ingredients
2Avocados
2Tablespoonlime juice
⅔teaspoonsminced garlicor ½ amount of garlic powder.
⅔teaspoonssalt
⅛teaspoonscayenne red pepper
¼cuponionred, sweet, or yellow: diced small
2Tablespooncilantrochopped, freeze-dried, or ½ amount of fresh chopped cilantro leaves
⅓cupdiced tomatoescanned or fresh
Instructions
Split avocados all around the middle (top to bottom), remove the large center "nut". Scoop out the soft interior contents. Toss away the remaining outer "skin". Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or potato masher.
