Ingredients
2lbsLondon broil or stew meatcut into bite size pieces
¼cupall-purpose flourall purpose
1mediumonionquartered
1teaspoonminced garlicor ½ garlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
2cupsbeef broth
2teaspoonsbeef bouillon granules
2stalkscelerysplit down middle, cut into quarters
3largecarrotssplit down middle, cut into quarters
6smallred potatoesquartered & unpeeled. White potatoes can be substituted.

Instructions
Place meat into the crockpot.
2 lbs London broil or stew meat
Pour flour over meat. Add salt & pepper to your liking. Stir until coated.
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Add in the onion, garlic, paprika, and bay leaf. Pour in the beef broth, beef bouillon granules, and stir to mix everything well. Ensure bay leave is deep in the broth.
On top of meat, add celery, carrots, and potatoes. Add in any extra optionally desired veggies like peas, corn, or green beans. Do not stir and keep vegetables on top of meat so they don't overcook and become mushy.
2 stalks celery, 3 large carrots, 6 small red potatoes
Cook on low 6 hours in slow cooker or crockpot. Remove bay leaf and serve.
