¼cuppopcorn kernels2 ozs = ¼ cup

Instructions
Pop ¼ cup popcorn kernels using the 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in the microwave your usual way and set aside.

Combine the popcorn sauce ingredients (2 Tablespoon butter, 3 Tablespoon peanut butter, 2 Tablespoon honey, 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, ¼ teaspoons salt) in a microwavable bowl. Heat to melting (covered) n a microwave (about 45 seconds), stir well, and set aside.

Pour the prepared sauce over the popcorn and combine by tossing to thoroughly coat all. Then serve in bowls with a tablespoon for each. Alternatively, you can spread out the coated popcorn on an oil coated baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes; then, let cool for 15-30 minutes. No serving spoon is required using this oven method.
Notes
Reduced sweetness: You can reduce or drop one or both of the honey and brown sugar.For a spicy kick: Drop the honey but add in an equal amount of soy sauce, followed by a dash of chili powder.For a cheese flavor: Drop the honey and brown sugar. Then, sprinkle in your desired amount of parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese.For some fruit flavor: Can optionally add in some raisins or dried cranberries directly on the popcorn.
