This is an incredibly VERY EASY cranberry mimosa to make. It has a special additive of vodka with a touch of vanilla extract, topped off with Champagne.

or any sparkling wine such as prosecco or cava

Instructions
Pour the cranberry juice, vodka, vanilla, and some ice into a shaker or blender. Then, shake or blend
1 oz cranberry juice,
1 oz vodka,
¼ teaspoons vanilla extract,
¼ cup ice
Pour 2 ounces of the mixture (no ice, if using a shaker) into a champagne flute or wine glass.
Top it off with sparking wine, i.e., champagne, prosecco, or cava.
