Instructions
Heat skillet with oil (or bacon drippings) to medium high.
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Rinse snap peas, shake off excess water, and toss into preheated oiled skillet. Toss briskly to coat the snap peas. While cooking, turn snap peas about every ½ minute for total of 3 minutes.
16 ozs sugar snap peas
Reduce heat to medium. Pour in honey and cook for 1 minute. Add in vinegar, cook for 1 minute, and serve.
