- 2 cup yellow cornmeal mix or white
- 4½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cup buttermilk or regular milk + 3 tsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup oil any vegetable oil
