Traditional Cuban Pork SAUCE

cuban pork sauce

One of the key elements that elevate Cuban pork chops is the authentic Cuban pork sauce (aka Mojito Sauce for Pork or Cuban Mojo Sauce for Pork). This savory sauce is designed to complement any pork dish, enhancing its natural flavors. It’s a mix of spices and herbs that come together to create a tangy and slightly sweet profile. Also, it’s a part of our Cuban Cuisine, pork. and sauces & marinades categories and shown in our Cuban Pork Chops article.

NOTE: This is the SAUCE; if you want the Mojo for Cooking, see this “Cuban Pork Marinade” recipe.
