About Darn Good Cuisine Recipes

Southerners love their darn good cuisines. We all enjoy both the traditional International foods as well as those with a bit of our own flavors added into them.
Darn Good Asian Cuisine
I’ve seen a Southern gentleman married to a Korean and they both opened a fantastic Korean restaurant right in the Capitol of South Carolina. It does extremely well as do other favorites like Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisines. So, these darn good Asian cuisine recipes are extremely well thought with wonderfully melded flavors. Many were borne out of my over 2 decades of martial arts experiences.
Darn Good Cuban Cuisine
Joanne grew up with Cuban Cuisine in Florida. Her father spoke Spanish and worked as a leading manager and consultant around the world. He loved Cuban and other Latino foods so, she confirms the authentic flavors of these Darn Good Cuban Cuisine recipes.
Darn Good French Cuisine
We both have had experience with wonderful darn good French cuisine recipes. Joanne’s specialty is Pate’ and mine are in a few small areas. Whether it’s an appetizer or a French bread, these recipes are very French.
Darn Good Italian Cuisine
My step father was from an Italian generation. Also, there are several darn good Italian cuisine sources in the South that I’ve encountered when in food services management. Also, my first job after military service was as an assistant manager of an Italian owned submarine sandwich shop. Learned a good bit from those owners about Italian cooking and preparation methods.
Darn Good Mexican Cuisine
So, both Texas and Florida have a lot of darn good Mexican cuisine resources. Mainly, in Texas, it was easy to learn how things were made in the traditional Mexican manner. Also, of course, some confused Tex-Mex as being Mexican. So, we honor that Texas culture by repeating the mistake and including Tex-Mex right inside the darn good Mexican cuisine recipes.
