How To Make Stuffed Cuban Pork Chops on the Grill
1. Pound the Meat
Here, you’ll pound the meat down to make it thinner, which also tenderizes it real well. Also, it basically doubles in size for surface area.

2. Marinate the Meat
Now, marinate the meat for 2-24 hours in the fridge.

3. Layer the Meat
Next, you’ll add layers on one half the the pounded and marinated pork. The layers will be 1 Swiss cheese, 1 deli ham slice, 1 layer of several thinly sliced pickle spear sections, a 2nd Swiss cheese, and a final deli ham slice Then, fold the nonlayered side to make it like a sandwich.

4. Apply Oil and Seasoning
Now, brush the stuffed pork chops with a mixture of some olive oil and salt and pepper. Make sure you do the bottom side also.
5. Cook on the Grill
Grill both sides of the fully layered pork chops and serve when ready. It might take about 15 minutes total or a bit longer.
