About JoJo
I spent my whole life in the South, and now I’m retired. The influences of the South surround my cooking.
My husband and I have a shared passion for cooking together in the kitchen. Now that we’re both retired, we enjoy more time cooking together. The addition of our five grandchildren makes our family gatherings even more special.
I particularly enjoy making casserole creations and grilling. I also enjoy using fresh produce and preparing easy-to-follow dishes, as well as homemade soups. After having my sons, my focus quickly shifted to practical meals that were faster but still healthy. Still today, I enjoy 1 pot meals for both their convenience and faster cleanup.
