How To Make Fried Stuffed Cuban Pork Chops on the Stovetop
1. Pound the Meat
Here, you’ll pound the meat using a meat tenderizing pounder. The idea is to make it thinner, which also tenderizes it immensely.

2. Marinate the Meat
On this step, you’ll put the meat into a Cuban pork marinade for 2-24 hours in the fridge.

3. Layer the Meat
For layering, you’ll remove the meat from the marinade and lay it out on a work surface. Then, on just one half the side, you’ll layer it with Swiss cheese, a deli ham slice, some skinny pickle slices (or hamburger dill chips), another Swiss cheese slice, and a final 2nd deli ham slice. Then, you fold the unlayered side over to cover the layers, like a sandwich.

4. Apply Oil and Seasoning
Now, on the exterior (both sides), you’ll brush the stuffed pork chops with a mixture of some olive oil and salt and pepper.
5. Cook on the Stovetop
Quite simply, you then cook both sides of each fully layered pork chop. When done, it’s ready to serve.
