Instructions
While browning the ground beef in a frying pan or skillet (on medium high), stir in the taco seasoning and water.
1 lb ground beef,
2⅓ Tablespoons taco seasoning,
¼ cup water
While meat is browning, prep the vegetables. Combine the sour cream and milk to make a sour cream sauce.
Optionally, heat up the taco shells in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add the cooked ground beef mixture into each taco shell.
8 each Taco Shells
Add the shredded cheddar cheese.
3 ozs shredded cheddar cheese
Add the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes (and optional salsa).
3 leaves Romaine Lettuce,
1 large tomato,
8 teaspoons salsa
Add the taco sauce.
8 teaspoons taco sauce
Top off with any other toppings, conclude with the sour cream sauce, and serve.
4 Tablespoons sour cream,
4 Tablespoons milk
