Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In large bowl, whisk eggs together and stir in softened butter.
2 large eggs,
½ cup butter
Add remaining ingredients into mixture.
1 cup dark brown sugar,
¼ cup white sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1¼ cups chopped pecans
Pour mixture into ready-made pie crust.
6 ozs refrigerated pie crust
Bake 12 min at 400° F.
Cover pie crust edges with foil, reduce oven temperature to 350° F, and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Let cool completely.
