Instructions
Heat oven to 325°F.
Using a mixer, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lime juice until nicely blended. Then, add eggs and beat until just blended. Pour into 6-ounce (9-inch) graham pie crust.
16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, ½ teaspoons vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 1½ Tablespoon lime juice, 1 each Keebler ready made graham cracker crumb crust
Transfer into preheated 325°F oven (middle shelf) and bake 35-40 minutes or until the center is just about set.
After baked, let it sit for about 15-30 minutes. Then, refrigerate 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Topping is optional. My favorite is sliced fresh strawberries or canned cherry pie filling.
