  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 9 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained; I wrap in paper towels and wring/press all of the moisture out.
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  • In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together using hand mixer, until well combined.
  • Serve cold immediately. Or, serve hot after heating in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
