1 electric hand mixer


  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 9 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained; I wrap in paper towels and wring/press all of the moisture out.
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream


  • In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together using electric mixer, until well combined.
  • Serve cold immediately. Or, serve hot after heating in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.


Serve with bagel chips, crackers or veggies.
