- 8 leaves Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots or ½ qty of diced carrots
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 3 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
- ⅓ cup Sunflower Seeds salted
Instructions
- Remove the needed Romain Lettuce leaves and rinse over running cold water. Cutup into bite-sized pieces and place in a large serving or mixing bowl.8 leaves Romaine Lettuce
- Cutup the shreeded carrots a bit further so they aren't so long (or dice some carrots instead). Add into mixing bowl and add in the diced celery also.1 cup shredded carrots, 2 stalks celery
