  • 2 each sub rolls
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise optional
  • 2 Tbsp Italian dressing optional

Chicken Salad for Subs INGREDIENTS

  • ½ lb cooked chicken diced or cubed
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • cup carrots diced or shredded
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¾ Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
