  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • tsp cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Rinse fresh cranberries and sort out to discard imperfect berries.

  • In a small saucepan bring water, sugar, and orange juice to a boil. Add cinnamon and cranberries to boiling mixture. Reduce heat to medium, stirring occasionally, for about 20-30 minutes. As the cranberries cook during the medium boil, they will pop.
