Easy Black Beans Soup with Leftover Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
- 3 cans canned black beans 14-16 oz cans; Bush's is our preferred brand
- 1 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cups Pico de Gallo leftover or fresh
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ⅓ cup water optional depending how thick you prefer youe soup
Instructions
- Open and drain beans. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer blender ingredients into medium saucepan. Cook on medium until reaching a soft boil.
- Dish out, add an optional dollop of sour cream or garnish. Enjoy!
