  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese sharp or mild
  • cup mayonnaise
  • tsp. seasoned salt
  • 12 oz. crab meat lump, available as 6 oz. cans. Alternatively, can replace or mix with imitation crab meat
  • tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-1½ tbsp. chives freeze dried
  • tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 drops hot sauce Optional but recommended

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until mixture is creamy. Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  • Transfer mixture into a small baking dish and bake 25 – 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
  • Serve hot (or later cold) with crackers, veggies, baguettes.
