  • 8 leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots or ½ qty of diced carrots
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 3 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
  • cup Sunflower Seeds salted

Instructions 

  • Remove the needed Romain Lettuce leaves and rinse over running cold water. Cutup into bite-sized pieces and place in a large serving or mixing bowl.
