  • 1 lb beef cubed, raw or leftover cooked
  • 1 large onion diced, sweet
  • 1 cup carrots frozen, cubed
  • 1 cup green beans frozen (cut green beans)
  • 1 cup corn frozen
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • 3 stalks celery diced (can be frozen)
  • 1 medium tomato diced, or 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 medium red potatoes unpeeled, or white potatoes
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic or ½ garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp thyme

  • Add raw meat and oil to cooker. Use "Sear/Sauté" feature for 10 minutes occasionally stirring. If using leftover cooked meat, skip the "Sear/Saute" aspect.

    This was a lot. But, the results were amazing. This was better than beef stew. Couldn’t believe I was eating soup. My new favorite. I’m testing it for freezing it as leftovers in a few weeks.
